What can I eat?
Now that you have been diagnosed, you may feel overwhelmed with
food choices. What can you eat? What can't you eat? How do you know
if it will make you sick? How do you know that you can even enjoy it without
having the anxiety that goes with it? Here is a general "get started" list of
foods. Eventually, you will build off of this list (it may not seem like it today).
But it's a list that can get you started so you know what to purchase and what to avoid. As always, we are not physicians. We are just an Alpha Gal Family trying to help other AG families. Always read your own labels, do your own research, and check with your physician/allergist if you have any questions.

Ok, so why can't I have sugar? Sugar is a plant, isn't it? Yes, it is. However, some manufacturers process sugar over bone char.
